Who we are

Ember Coffee Company

Ember started because our own roaster left us high and dry not long after we signed on. We know how it feels to be treated like an account number, so we built the opposite — a roaster that wraps coaching and a real relationship around every bag.

The coffee is quietly exceptional: mold-free and lab-tested for purity, air-roasted for a low-acid, smooth and balanced cup, with certified organic and fair-trade options whenever you want them.
